A Boyle’s shop-at-home visit is a free appointment where a design representative brings flooring or window treatment samples to your house, measures the rooms, and gives you an itemized quote. There is no charge and no obligation, and visits are available across Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties, including evenings.
Why it matters
The floor that looked perfect under showroom lights can look wrong next to your cabinets. The carpet gray that felt warm in the store goes cold in a north-facing bedroom. The only reliable way to choose a floor or a window treatment is in the room it will live in, under its light, next to its trim. That is why Boyle’s has offered free shop-at-home visits for decades, and why most of our customers never need to set foot in the showroom.
The visit
You call or book online and describe the rooms, what is there now, what you are hoping for, and roughly what you want to spend. Your design representative, Jacqi, Bill, or Keith for flooring and Jason for window treatments, picks the samples that make sense and brings them to your door at a time that works, including evenings.
We check the subfloor, the light through the day, the traffic, the pets, and the way the room connects to the ones beside it. We lay full-size boards or carpet squares down where the floor will go and leave them with you for a few days if you want to live with them.
We measure every room ourselves. Not from a sketch, not from your estimate, and not from a satellite photo. Then we send an itemized quote that lists product, pad or underlayment, removal of the old floor, installation, and trim, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
If you decide to go ahead, we schedule installation with our own crews. Your design representative stays on the project until the last transition strip is in.
No charge
Nothing. The visit, the samples, the measurement, and the quote are free. You pay only if you decide to move forward, and there is no pressure at any point. Our design representatives are paid to get it right, not to get it signed today.

Questions
Yes. There is no charge for the visit, samples, measurement, or quote.
Usually an hour. Longer if you are doing several rooms or want to compare many options.
Yes. Evening appointments are available by request, and we work Saturdays.
No. Most people keep the samples for a few days and call us back. The quote is good for a reasonable period, and we will tell you if a sale is ending.
