Hardwood or tile looks without the cost!

Want elegant and stylish flooring at a fraction of the cost? Don't want the maintenance that comes with hardwood and tile? Luxury vinyl flooring is your answer! This durable and effortless option is perfect for busy families who don't want to sacrifice style for cost or performance.

LVT vs. LVP

LVT vs. LVP

Luxury vinyl tile (LVT) is designed to look like real stone or ceramic tile. LVT mimics the natural textures and colors of these materials hyper-realistically, with some designs even being installed with real grout.

Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) is similar to LVT, but it is in the form of hardwood planks instead of tiles. Available in a variety of styles, from hand-scraped to embossed wood looks, LVP allows for full customization of a photorealistic hardwood floor!

You can also find vinyl in sheet vinyl form, a cushioned product that you adhere directly to your subfloor. At Boyle's, we offer sheet vinyl that is just as beautiful and sophisticated as LVT or LVP, minus some of the realism that comes from individual tiles or planks.

Benefits

Benefits

For starters, LVT and LVP are high-performance products that are able to stand up to scratches, dents, stains, moisture, and more. In most cases, they are perfectly waterproof. They are also more comfortable underfoot when compared to genuine tile or hardwood. Mostly, though, they are loved for their versatility. They can be installed anywhere and come in a broad range of affordable styles. And they are incredibly easy to maintain!

Vinyl vs. Resilient Flooring

Vinyl vs. Resilient Flooring

Resilient flooring is a term that is sometimes used interchangeably with vinyl flooring. However, the two are not synonymous. Resilient is a broader term that actually includes several types of flooring.

Resilient flooring "gives" a little; as in, it is neither hard nor soft. Rather, it is more flexible. This includes rubber, cork, and linoleum. Luxury vinyl, on the other hand, is a specific type of resilient flooring. It's engineered to resist most damage other types of resilient flooring might be more susceptible to.
